Network + Consulting
Graphic Designer
Design the day-to-day visual materials for Kronek's shows and consulting clients. You will take a brief or an existing brand identity and turn it into useful pieces for publishing, promotion, and sales.
Apply for this roleWhat you will do
- Read the brief and supplied copy, check the intended audience and channel, and identify any missing images or information.
- Design episode thumbnails, social posts, carousels, story graphics, and digital ads using the relevant show's or client's identity.
- Lay out presentations, sponsor media kits, commercial proposals, and digital resources so the information is easy to follow.
- Adapt approved designs to the requested sizes, checking mobile readability, image rights, spelling, and export specifications.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver labeled final files, organized editable originals, and reusable templates where the brief calls for them.
What we are looking for
- A varied portfolio with strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across more than one format.
- Confidence in tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or equivalents, with care for export quality and file organization.
- Ability to work within different brands, understand the purpose of a piece, and keep text readable on mobile. Motion skills are a plus, not a requirement.
Who you will work with
Work from a brief agreed with the founder or the person leading the client project. Coordinate copy with the writer and formats with the editor or content coordinator, then hand over approved pieces ready to publish or present.
An example assignment
Build the visual package for an episode release: a YouTube thumbnail, a carousel, and story graphics based on the show's existing identity. On another project, adapt a client's approved offer into a presentation and digital ad formats.
With your application
- Two projects showing different formats. Explain the brief, your contribution, and any work based on an existing identity.
- Your tools, availability, typical turnaround, and project or package rates.
Assets, revisions, fees, and delivery dates are agreed for each project. This is a broad graphic-design role; the Cooking in Spanglish identity and specialist motion work are separate scopes.
